Outpatient Therapist

Easterseals PORT Health's mission is to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient therapy and and medication assisted treatment team designed to provide therapeutic support to adults and youths in Kinston, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Outpatient Therapist you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP's), which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may also provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary : $50,000 - 54,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $55,000+
• Consistent schedule : Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm, or 5 : 30pm with evening flexibility depending on program and client needs.

What We're Looking For

• Full or provisional Mental Health licensure : LCSW or LCMHC

Dual licensure preferred, LCAS, CCS

• Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver's license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
