Job description

Overview

Family Practice Provider opportunity at Wilson Health , Sidney, Ohio. Hospital employment with Wilson Health Medical Group (WHMG). This all outpatient family practice role may be based in the Professional Office Building on the Wilson Health campus or at one of WHMG's practices in surrounding locations. The team currently includes 10 Family Physicians and 19 Advanced Practice Providers; there is an existing patient base with growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient family medicine care in a shared office with WHMG family practitioners
  • See approximately 20 to 25 patients per day
  • Work a 4- or 5-day work week with a flexible schedule
  • Participate in a 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 call rotation with outpatient call only
  • Utilize EMR : Epic
  • Engage in an incentive bonus plan based on RVUs
