Senior Auditor

Responsibilities

Kforce is assisting a Saint Louis, MO client in recruiting a Senior Auditor.Summary : This position plays an essential role in assessing operational, financial, and SOX-related activities, as well as contributing to important organizational projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and critical thinker who can evaluate risk, pinpoint opportunities to strengthen processes, and work closely with business teams to enhance internal controls. You will ensure audit work is carried out effectively, accurately, and within established timelines.Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct operational, financial, and SOX audits, producing clear and complete documentation of findings
• Review and analyze business workflows to identify control deficiencies and propose practical, value-added improvements
• Present audit goals, updates, and results in a concise and professional manner, both verbally and in writing
• Support junior staff by offering coaching and oversight to help maintain quality and timelines
• Use data analysis tools and ERP platforms to perform audit testing and support audit activities
• Partner with teams across the global organization, demonstrating strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
