We are looking for a passionate Volunteer Administrative Assistant to the COO . The volunteer will work closely with the COO, providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This role is remote, offering flexibility for individuals who want to contribute to a meaningful cause while balancing personal responsibilities.

Responsibilities :
Assist the COO in coordinating meetings and maintaining organized schedules.
Manage and prioritize emails, documents, and other communications on behalf of the COO.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and key administrative documents.
Manage "test user files" and coordinate the "user testing process", ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date records and databases as directed by the COO.
Collaborate in fundraising activities and manage donor communication.
Facilitate communication between the COO and other internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other activities as directed by the COO.
Requirements
Experience in fundraising and 501(c)(3) non-profit management will be a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack).
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience in managing files or overseeing user testing is a plus.
Proactive and eager to support an impactful cause.
Previous experience in administrative support is a plus but not required.
