Position Overview

The Clinical Director will lead and oversee all clinical programming and staff at the treatment center. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective care for individuals experiencing substance use disorders. The Clinical Director will be responsible for program development, supervision of clinical staff, compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the integrity of our person-centered, nature-supported model of recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, oversight, and supervision for all clinical programs, including detox and residential services.

Hire, train, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of therapists, counselors, and case managers.

Develop individualized treatment plans that align with ASAM criteria and integrate medical, psychological, and holistic approaches.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, CARF / JCAHO accreditation standards (if applicable), and HIPAA.

Collaborate with medical and operational staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Monitor and analyze program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Participate in community outreach and represent the center in local and professional forums.

Promote a therapeutic culture that values compassion, dignity, and evidence-based recovery.

Incorporate use of the natural setting into clinical programming and wellness activities when appropriate.
