Maintenance Technician 1

Full Time position

Wage range $20.00 to $26.00 / hour DOE

Schedule : 30 hours per week.

Shift hours : 8am - 4pm, Shift days determined by availability-   Weekend availability a plus.

• This position will be part of the scheduled  Maintenance On Call  rotation (every 5

th

week) for responding to serious maintenance problems after hours when they occur.

Under direct supervision, Maintenance Technician I performs unskilled maintenance work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment; performs plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work.  This is an entry-level position which serves as apprentice for Maintenance Technicians Level II.
