What You'll Do as a Memory Care Manager

• Lead with purpose : Recruit, train, and mentor a caring team that embodies compassion and respect.
• Support residents living with dementia : Use your experience to guide staff in delivering person-centered, high-quality care.
• Collaborate and connect : Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and care partners.
• Promote safety and quality : Oversee care plans, safety standards, and compliance documentation.
• Enhance daily life : Support engaging programs and activities that encourage joy and connection.
• Drive performance : Manage scheduling, budgeting, and operational tasks that keep the neighborhood running smoothly.
• Participate in the on-call rotation

Every other week (includes a weekly on-call bonus).

What We're Looking For

Compensation : Up to $65,000 annually , based on experience.
