Compensation :
$60,000 - $125,000 Annually
Responsibilities :
To fulfill this role as a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will need to be self-driven and perform well under pressureFollow-up with leads to increase sales immediatelyExecute a lead generation lever weeklyParticipate in open houses, networking activities, and face-to-face conversations to enhance your salesSecure new clients by following up and attending appointmentsConsult with clients in order to discover their goals; then find properties that meet those needsRespond to client's calls, emails, and web requests in a timely mannerArrange showings and introduce clients to their local real estate marketGuide buyer clients through the home purchase processImpeccable communication with clients“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customersInteract and communicate with team members dailyWorking in your sphere of influenceComfortable putting yourself out there and talking to people about real estateKeep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding communityIntermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingQualifications :
CURRENT UTAH REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED OR ACTIVELY PURSUINGProven track record of salesCustomer service and / or sales background preferredAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Technology-drivenAttention to detail, organization, and time management skillsReliable transportationPeople-orientedPositive outlookReal Estate Agents need a loyal client roster in order to be effective, so strong customer service is essentialCustomer-focused attitudeTeam playerWillingness to learn and grow as the market changesBenefits :
