Luxury Senior Living Communities in Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead & Weston is looking for an Overnight Receptionist for its Palace Suites Independent Living Community located at 11377 SW 84th Street Miami, FL 33173.

The #1 priority of this position is to:

• Answer phones.
• Make the best first impression & provide effective customer service.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
• Interact with the residents & greet incoming visitors. Direct visitors to proper locations.
• Be attentive to surroundings and help as necessary.
• Provide clerical support for the administrative staff.

Essential duties & responsibilities include:

• Answer phones with proper phone etiquette & direct all calls in a polite & friendly manner to the appropriate person.
• Monitor the doors as to incoming & outgoing persons.
• Maintain lobby area in an orderly manner, free from clutter at all times.
• Report unusual incidents to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in work involving public contact such as customer service, is desirable.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Spanish.
• Able to operate a multi-line telephone system.
• Must be computer literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• High school degree or equivalent required. College education preferred.

• Is flexible as to work schedule. Must be available to work on weekends, holidays & in emergencies.
• Can work under pressure and multi-task.

• Is self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
