Job descriptionPartner with plant leadership to identify opportunities that improve quality, productivity, delivery, inventory optimization, and profitability. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, capital investments, and operational improvements. Deliver daily reporting, monthly forecasts, and annual financial planning. Lead the capital appropriation process and conduct post-project reviews. Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting requirements and internal controls. Analyze performance metrics and connect operational drivers to financial results. Communicate financial results and forecasts clearly, enabling effective decision-making across leadership teams. Translate financial data into actionable business insights, telling the “story” behind the numbers. Engage with operations on the shop floor to strengthen understanding of business processes and performance impacts. Enterprise Mindset – Understands how decisions affect the P&L, balance sheet, and long-term business capabilities. Data-Driven – Anticipates problems through forecasting and analytics; measures results and influences business interventions. Compliance-Focused – Ensures readiness for audits and awareness of legal and financial requirements. Collaborative – Partners closely with Controllers, Plant Leaders, and Operations teams to ensure successful outcomes. Clear Communicator – Provides proactive, timely insights and interprets data in ways that drive decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship not available). CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems such as Essbase, Hyperion, or Oracle. Strong ability to query databases and create custom reporting. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
