Custom Door Production Assembler
Help us build doors that welcome, protect, and perform. In this production role, your precision and pace turn detailed tickets into finished units ready to ship. You’ll keep safety and quality at the forefront while partnering with teammates to meet customer expectations every time.

From the first cut to the final label, you’ll follow specifications to the letter. You’ll handle materials carefully, monitor issues as they arise, and maintain a workspace that’s as efficient as it is safe.
Your responsibilities
- Interpret production tickets and assemble all unit types to exact customer quality requirements.
- Use pneumatic, power, and hand tools safely to assemble components; apply labels where required.
- Move components and materials safely; communicate concerns to leadership immediately.
- Keep your station clean and organized to support a safe, smooth workflow.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge across our offerings.
Conditions and safety
Fast-paced line work that calls for strong concentration.Most tasks occur below shoulder height and involve repetitive hand motion.Required PPE : composite / steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, earplugs, task-appropriate gloves, and high-visibility apparel.Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old.Safety-minded with adherence to all plant rules.Proactive, self-starting approach.Clear communication in English.Ability to multitask; effective working solo and with a team; flexible at the end of shift as needed.Comfortable reading a tape measure and doing basic math.Preferred experience
Approximately one year in a manufacturing environment.Woodworking proficiency.
