As a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst youll own complex deal structures guide cross-functional teams and deliver insights that make our operations smarter and faster. Youll be the go-to resource for navigating nuance resolving roadblocks and ensuring accuracy at scale.

This role is designed for a seasoned detail-obsessed professional who thrives on creative problem-solving can evaluate multiple factors in decision-making and knows how to influence stakeholders. Youll help drive efficiency mentor teammates and contribute to process improvements that directly impact revenue and customer success.

What Youll Do

Location : Hybrid in Axon hub

Reports to : Commercial Operations Manager

• Manage and execute complex commercial deals across key accounts balancing financial legal and operational requirements.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on Axons quoting tools bundles pricing structures and approval flows; act as a resource for escalated requests.
• Analyze and evaluate contracts and performance obligations proactively identifying risks or gaps and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on quoting processes Salesforce CPQ and deal strategy.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with Sales Finance Legal and Order Processing to resolve non-standard scenarios and create scalable solutions.
• Identify and drive process improvements leveraging data insights to recommend changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate on system updates and product launches leading testing and feedback loops to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Simplify and communicate complex information to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders ensuring alignment and understanding.

This role is based out of our Denver office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. The Pay : Axon is a total compensation company meaning compensation is made up of base pay bonus and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 71250 in the lowest geographic market and USD 114000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as : level function training transferable skills work experience business needs geographic market and often a combination of all these factors.
