Lead Director, Mental Well-being Strategy

The Lead Director, Mental Well-being Strategy is responsible for leading the development and execution of Aetna's overall strategic plan, roadmap, and investment areas for its behavioral health and employee assistance businesses. This role reports to the strategy leader, but will have high visibility across the full mental well-being leadership team as a key strategic advisor. In addition, the role will support various strategic initiatives across the enterprise that involve mental well-being capabilities. This role will be integral to the go forward strategic direction of Aetna's mental well-being offerings and will work directly with leadership to drive innovation, growth, and transformation of our business, within the dynamic and rapidly evolving mental health landscape.

Pay Range :
The typical pay range for this role is : $100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
