  • Deliver 1 : 1 care in a welcoming, patient-focused clinic—no double-booking Treat patients dealing with incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy / postpartum recovery, prolapse, and more Collaborate with experienced pelvic health professionals to refine skills and share best practices Contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team that prioritizes clinical excellence and life balance POSITION SUMMARY As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve their personal goals.
  • You’ll design and deliver customized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and provide leadership to support staff within the clinic.

    • Physical Therapist :

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to establish individualized care plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions—such as exercise, manual techniques, and specialized equipment—to restore function and relieve pain.
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other clinical support staff.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, expectations, and home program activities.
  • Protect patient privacy and uphold the highest standards of safety.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment by following company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support the team and patients by assisting with other responsibilities as needed.

    • Education & Licensure (Required) :
