This is a full-time position supporting customer service, service scheduling, account management, and light sales support.
This is a professional, detail-oriented role for someone who communicates clearly, follows directions, and handles customers with warmth and accuracy.

Position Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Greet customers in a warm, professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and return missed calls promptly.
Provide accurate information and avoid guessing.
Document all interactions in the CRM / DMS with clear notes.
Service Advisor Duties Schedule service appointments accurately.
Communicate updates regarding repairs, timelines, and part arrivals.
Notify customers when their vehicle is ready.
Maintain service notes and open work order follow-ups.
Account & Payment Support Assist customers with questions related to payments and account status.
Send appropriate links and instructions based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Sales & Approval Support Send application links to potential customers.
Follow up for required documents when requested.
Assist in preparing files for review and approvals.
