Position Details

  • Enjoy self-scheduling with shifts posted four weeks in advance for better work-life balance.
  • Be part of a culture that values mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff.
  • Work with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure patient safety and workflow efficiency.
  • Engage with unit leaders to share your insights on patient care and surgical workflow improvements.
  • Be prepared for on-call duties during select non-business hours.

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients prior to surgery and provide education about the procedure.
  • Prepare patients for surgery, including IV therapy and medication administration.
  • Participate in surgical site verification and adhere to hospital protocols.
  • Recognize and respond to patient emergencies effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient conditions and care provided thoroughly.
  • Educate patients and families about medical conditions and follow-up care.

    • Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
