HP Nonstop Engineer

A company is looking for an HP Nonstop Engineer for a W2 role.

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and deploy COBOL code in a high-risk environment

Handle real-time authorization processing and batch processing tasks

Utilize source code management tools and participate in migration processes using Git and Jenkins

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in software engineering, specifically with HP Nonstop systems

Experience in a financial setting and high-pressure, 24 / 7 operational environments

Familiarity with DB2 and Agile methodologies

Knowledge of JCL and REXX is beneficial

Experience with COBOL and TAL programming languages
