A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning materials and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules and assessments

Maintain and update training content to ensure it is current and effective

Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs through feedback and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of Sales Enablement Instructional Design experience

Strong design skills and creativity

Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and subject matter experts

Experience with authoring tools and software for content development

Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
