Senior Associate, Client Success Manager

As part of Offers & Shopping and Connected Commerce, we drive incremental growth for merchants while helping Chase customers level up how they shop and get more from the brands they love. As a Senior Associate, Client Success Manager within Chase Media Solutions, you will report to the Client Success Team Lead and foster strong relationships with clients through an engaging, consultative experience for brands and agencies by delivering value through our Chase Offers platform to maximize revenue growth and retention. Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong client relationships as a consultative expert from onboarding to execution to upsells and renewals
• Coordinate with cross functional teams including sales, operations and analytics to onboard, execute and deliver client campaigns
• Lead onboarding process for new clients
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities by uncovering client needs and objectives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and growth
• Conduct readiness meetings, check-ins and campaign read-outs with clients
• Capture client feedback to help inform sales / marketing strategy, process improvements and product enhancements to better deliver for clients
