Operational Specialist – Global-e

Global-e (Nasdaq : GLBE) is the world's leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. This role primarily oversees and monitors the movement of parcels from merchants through the hub to carriers, working within a 3PL environment, visiting merchants to train operatives, liaising with the Tech Team, answering CS queries via Zendesk, and handling carrier exception reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parcel movement from merchants to carriers.
• Visit merchants to provide training on processes for merchant hub, hybrid, and Global-e hub solutions.
• Coordinate with the Tech Team to resolve technical issues.
• Respond to customer support queries through Zendesk.
• Manage carrier exception reporting.
• Work independently and collaborate within a team to make decisions.

Qualifications

Salary

$60,000 – $65,000 per year.
