Position
The Executive Vice President will serve as the organization's chief executive and strategic leader, responsible for guiding the overall vision, growth, and operational excellence of its nearly 9,000-unit national housing portfolio. Qualifications
o 20+ years in senior leadership roles in multifamily real estate, including large- scale affordable / workforce / class B rental housing across multiple markets.
o Experience leading a stand-alone business or business unit with full P&L ownership.
o Proven track record of scaling organizations, driving operational innovation and transformation, and delivering strong financial results.
o Visionary with the ability to design and execute long-term strategies while driving nearterm operational excellence.
o Skilled communicator and influencer across a range of internal departments and external stakeholders.
o Ability to build and scale teams, systems, and processes to manage dynamic portfolios.
o Data-driven decision-maker; comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and analytical rigor.
o Proactive in adopting technology, analytics, and modern operating practices.
o Deep property-level and business-unit P&L experience, capital strategy, and resource allocation skills with proven NOI growth track record.
o Inspiring culture-builder / carrier who builds trust, accountability, and leads by example.
o Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent across functions and geographies, with an extensive network of industry professionals at all levels.
