Job Description :

\nJoin Midland Memorial Hospital as a dedicated RN in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg), providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This is a float position requiring flexibility to work across various units, including ortho, neuro, and oncology. Candidates with experience in these specialties will thrive in this role. The ideal start date is either November 17 or December 1, 2025, with a preference for three 12-hour day shifts per week. Extra shifts may be available upon request, offering additional earning opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, documenting patient progress, and ensuring a high standard of safety and comfort for all patients.
