Registered Nurse  (RN)

Shifts Available :  PRN, Part Time & Full Time

Service Areas with Openings : Southwest Houston & Northeast (Crosby / Highlands)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee nursing care team.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Plan, organize, and direct home care services.
• Conduct assessments of patient care needs and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions, medication regimens, and any necessary lifestyle changes.
• Prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes.
