  • Start as soon as credentialed
  • Ongoing need
  • ABEM / AOBEM / ABFM / ABIM
  • EMS (required), ATLS (waived if ABEM certified, PALS (preferred, but not required), ACLS (waived if provider is ABEM boarded)
  • COVID vaccine or exemption required
  • Need 18-24 shifts per month covered
  • Need days, nights, weekends, holidays covered
  • 24,000 annual volume
  • 2.7 patients per hour-including shared APP visits
  • Trauma level 3
  • Physician shift times : 6a-6p / 6p-6a
  • APP shift times : 11a-11p
  • Admissions : ED Physician is responsible for writing orders using pre-completed templates by diagnosis
  • Backup specialties in house : Gen surgery & Cardiology (Mon-Fri but only during the - no nights or weekends)
  • Backup specialties telemed : Trauma surgery; Neurology; Psychiatry
  • Cerner EMR
  • Temporary privileges available for clean files
