Job descriptionServe as the Senior Liaison for system-related business needs and strategic technology improvements Lead system support, enhancements, and issue resolution, including on-call responsibilities as needed Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions Manage full project lifecycle-from requirements to deployment-for high-impact system initiatives Ensure compliance with standards like Sarbanes-Oxley and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation Mentor the Junior Analysts and guide cross-functional collaboration Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve system performance and functionality 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and solution Design Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong background in Project Management and Cross-functional Process Improvement In-depth knowledge of Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, and Manufacturing workflows Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOX Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) Strong project management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Expertise in systems like Blue Yonder, Coupa, SAP, or equivalent platforms Advanced understanding of Cloud-based Integrations and Enterprise System Architecture
