Compensation : $40$45 per hour

A nonprofit, multi-service, community-based behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to building healthy communities, one person at a time, is seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join its Brooklyn-based team. This role provides an opportunity to deliver meaningful care while supporting clients in overcoming challenges and moving toward stability and well-being.

Mental Health Therapist Key Responsibilities :

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will :

• Carry a caseload of 5560 clients, providing ongoing therapy and clinical support
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Deliver counseling and interventions to address mental health, trauma, and substance use concerns
• Support clients impacted by domestic violence, criminal justice involvement, chronic homelessness, and / or HIV / AIDS
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational and funding standards
