Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our expanding team. This role involves overseeing construction projects across various locations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high-quality finishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and commercial projects, as well as proficiency in using industry-standard software.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain 2-week look-ahead schedules.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks to ensure team safety and communication.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve project deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, and the lead superintendent.
• Monitor and oversee MEP systems and utilities.
• Ensure proficiency and execution in level five finishes.
• Monitor the site for safety compliance, holding an OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• Utilize technology effectively, demonstrating proficiency in Procore and Excel.

Work Environment :

This position requires being on-site five days a week, with the project located in Philadelphia. The role is a nine-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $43.20 - $65.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
