Job description

Are you a data‑driven creative with a passion for bringing brands to life online? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team — someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, and performance. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with the Director of Creative Services, you’ll shape how our brand shows up across every digital touchpoint — from website to social to resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily digital campaigns across website, social, and paid channels.

Monitor results in Google Analytics and Excel, tracking KPIs and recommending optimizations to agency partners.

Support lead generation, reporting, and budget tracking.

Collaborate with leadership to share insights through dashboards and performance reports.

Content Management & Social Media

Oversee content strategy for blog, resident app, and social channels.

Partner with Creative and Events teams to bring campaigns, partnerships, and experiences online.

Contribute to planning, scheduling, and engagement for social campaigns.

Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across platforms.

Creative Services & Design

Work closely with Creative Services to design and produce marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets.

Manage creative templates, asset libraries, and brand design standards.

Maintain a cohesive and polished brand identity across all creative deliverables.

Learning & Development

Build and expand skills in Google Analytics, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.

Stay current on digital marketing, social media, and AI‑driven content trends.

Grow into full ownership of digital marketing execution and content management.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

$125,000 - $130,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Proven experience managing content calendars for social media, blogs, or community platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Quick learner with a growth mindset and eagerness to adopt new tools and platforms.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.

Experience in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle industries a plus.
