Job descriptionAccounting Clerk role will 90% AP Accounting Clerk will handle a volume of 20-50 invoices per day Accounting Clerk will process AP for the organization Accounting Clerk role will be 10% AR Accounting Clerk will process deposits 1-2x / week during the current busy season Accounting Clerk will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested 1-2+ years of previous accounting experience Sage Intacct experience is a plus but NOT required Degree is a plus but NOT required if candidate has 1-2+ years of professional accounting experience Basic Excel skills - able to create a spreadsheet and enter information into existing Excel tables. Should be comfortable doing data entry in Excel. Previous nonprofit experience is a plus but NOT required Quick learner Prompt in responses Not afraid to ask questions Hard working Team player Diligently stays on task
