Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Ophthalmologist to work locum shifts in Grand Forks, North Dakota (ND) Starting November, or as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits. The Ophthalmology role : Dates Needed : November 30, 2025 - December 7, 2025 (Start / End : 8 : 00 AM) Schedule : Monday-Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (clinic pager call) Saturday-Sunday : 24-hour call coverage (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 AM) Setting : Hospital-based practice at a Level II Trauma Center EMR : EPIC Required Skills & Experience Must be able to perform : Intravitreal injections for retinal conditions (e.g., macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy) Cataract surgery Trauma care in clinic REQUIRED : ND license or IMLC with LOQ in hand Board Certified in Ophthalmology DEA Must provide case logs showing 60 procedures in the past 12 months Benefits : Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience and certifications) Housing and transportation needs covered.
