Job Description
ATRA is an award-winning paid media agency focused on optimization and strategy for the full paid media customer journey. We are looking for a highly organized, quick learning and proactive individual to join our growing team as an Account Manager. This role is vital in retaining, growing, and ensuring satisfaction of our clients. You’ll be preparing and running agendas on external client calls, assigning and tracking projects and tasks, and staying up to date on the latest trends to ensure our clients are taking advantage of all opportunities in our fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate has some experience in a similar role at an agency or in-house paid media coordination and reporting to stakeholders.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of multiple client projects and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality project deliverables and seamless client communication. Problem solving and coordinating internal resources for client requests as well as constantly gathering
- Provide support with ensuring client requests and inquiries are responded to in a timely manner, coordinating the appropriate team members and following up accordingly. Problem solving for client requests, issues and consistently gathering feedback to ensure full client satisfaction
- Preparing agendas for internal and external meetings, ensuring the team and client are up to date on projects, deliverables, and timelines
- Running external client meetings, providing updates on reporting and performance, communicating key deliverables, and following up on action items
- Diligently record notes in internal and external meetings, ensuring accurate and detailed action items are recorded for internal teams and clients. Sending organized follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Assign, track progress of, and follow up on tasks and deadlines in ClickUp (project management software)
- Proactively and effectively communicate internally and externally via multiple channels such as email and Slack
- Schedule and coordinate recurring client meetings and internal meetings as necessary
- Create and establish internal processes and procedures with an ability to innovate for our company
- Conduct various administrative tasks such as organizing client-related documents
Requirements
1-3 years experience in a similar Account Management role at a digital marketing agency or similar experience in-houseStrong understanding of the digital marketing and paid media industryExperience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Teamwork or similar preferred)Driven and passionate learner who strives to improve each dayExceptional attention to detail with the ability to recollect client information across multiple functions and areasStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively, show tenacity, and have a positive attitudeDedication to excellent customer service at an exceptionally high standardHigh attention to detail.
