Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health RN for a contract assignment in Oxford, AL. The RN will manage a caseload of patients in their homes, performing skilled visits, completing OASIS documentation, and charting in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). This position offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct patient assessments, admissions, resumptions, recerts, and discharges using OASIS

Deliver skilled nursing care, medication management, and education in the home setting

Document visits accurately and efficiently in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care

Ensure compliance with agency protocols and Joint Commission standards

Qualifications :

Current RN license in Alabama

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health

OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required

Reliable vehicle, drivers license, and valid auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
