Accelerated sales training program that combines paid, instructor-led instruction with route-based field selling for regional internet, TV, mobile, energy, and solar partners. Participants handle warm and hot lead flow and close sales face-to-face using mapped neighborhoods and a repeatable on-site closing process.
Primary responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboard, and coach sales representatives; lead weekly KPI reviews and team huddles.
- Execute canvassing and scheduled appointments; demonstrate products, present pricing, and close sales; maintain CRM accuracy.
- Coordinate complex installations with technical teams and provide reliable sales forecasting.
Candidate profile :
Previous sales experience; leadership exposure or supervisory experience is a plus.Strong communication skills with a disciplined, KPI-focused mindset.Valid drivers license, access to a personal vehicle, and a smartphone; authorization to work in the U.S.; Spanish language skills are an asset.Compensation and schedule :
1099, commission-based pay with paid training and performance bonuses.Typical on-target earnings range from $62,000 to $90,000 annually.Hybrid schedule with field-based, door-to-door responsibilities and opportunities for advancement.
