Job description

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager to lead the coordination, tracking, and reporting across multiple countries for a global / local initiative focused on early, asymptomatic detection of Type 1 Diabetes. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for data-driven project execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Hybird in Morristown, NJ

Contract : 12 months

Pay : $$47.00 / hr.-$65.00 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

This is NOT an IT or Software position.About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the project scope, focusing on early detection initiatives across global

markets.

  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure timely data collection and

    • consolidation.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including the number of individuals screened

    • per country.

  • Manage and streamline data flow from multiple countries using tools such as Power BI,

    • Snowflake, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms.

  • Support the transition from manual data consolidation to a dynamic, automated data flow

    • system.

  • Facilitate monthly milestone tracking and ensure alignment with project timelines and

    • deliverables.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, to ensure

    • smooth project execution.

  • Maintain compliance with internal governance and operational standards.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or data-

    • driven environments.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across

    • time zones.

  • Experience with data tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and collaborative platforms like Microsoft Teams.
  • Certified Project Management credentials (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry is helpful but not mandatory; openness

    • to learning is valued.
