Security Guard Position

Pay Transparency / Compensation

• Hourly Rate $25.21
• Health and Welfare $4.90 (Cash in Lieu) once full-time
• Retirement allowance (401k) plan : $1.70 once full-time
• Training rate $16.20

Working Conditions

Inside and outside work required. Individuals may have to withstand heat, humidity, cold, and / or inclement weather (e.g., snow, sleet, rain, hail, wind). In-State travel may be required.

Physical Requirements

Walking, standing, sitting, and stooping, up to 12 hours per day, either indoors or outdoors, during daytime or nighttime. Occasional running, lifting heavy weights, moving heavy objects, climbing stairs (e.g., in responding to emergencies, ensuring timely and complete facility evacuations, giving pursuit, etc.).
