Gillmann Services is NOW hiring for  Machinist / Tool Maker  in the  Tampa  and surrounding areas! Pay $24-$30 / hr BOE + Benefits kick in right away. Must have Manual Machining experience and be able to read blueprints.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING :

• Assist in resolving issues with regard to day-to-day operations.
• Assist in meeting production schedule, maintaining resources and training needs within the Dept.
• Provide technical assistance in the shop.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :

3+ years experience working on manual, vertical, and horizontal machines in all phases of turning and milling in a machine shop environment required.

Ability to read and comprehend written, verbal, or diagram forms or plans.

Proficient in the principles of precision alignment of rotating machinery and reading precision measuring tools.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.
