ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager answers directly to the Senior Project Manager. They have full responsibility
of the administrative side of the projects to include managing of all budgetary and financial aspects
related to the project, managing client and project team relationships, mentoring of team members
and are ultimately responsible for deliverables to the client. They are responsible for the overall
planning, direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects. Manages, leads,
assists and monitors the work of Field Engineers, Project Coordinators, and Assistant Project
Managers. Coordinates closely with the Project Superintendent or Project Foremen. Develops,
approves, and monitors the project plan and schedule and makes appropriate modifications where

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education : Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
Field of Study Preferred : Construction or Project Management, Civil Engineering,
Required Work Experience : Work experience in heavy highway construction,or related industry with 7
years experience
Required Training / Certifications : Transportation Erosion Control Supervisor, Traffic Control Supervisor
Required Technical Skills : Proficient computer and communication skills, use of MS Office, Knowledge of
SAP is a plus, experience with spreadsheets
Travel Requirements : Required to travel and work directly on assigned projects
