Responsibilities:Manage all client Project Plans, ensuring proper orchestration and timing of various campaign elements to deliver results as scheduled.Prepare and maintain client Status Reports, providing total transparency to project progress, points of contact, deadlines, and next steps.Utilize Wrike to organize all work and manage internal resources for timely and efficient project completion.Work with Leadership to manage appropriate staff allocations relative to client work and deadline expectations for smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables and raise those issues internally and externally as appropriate.Lead client communications, ensuring prompt responses to all inquiries and coordinating input from subject matter experts as needed.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and confidence in Grey Matter's capabilities and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives and deliverables.Collaborate with shared service leaders to identify and implement process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of demand generation techniques.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a B2B demand generation agency or marketing environment.In-depth knowledge of/experience with Wrike project management tool.Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.At Grey Matter, our ethos revolves around professionalism, dedication, and forward-thinking.
