Finishing Carpenters

This is an exciting opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, and hospitality developments. The concept involves manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to construction sites for assembly. We are seeking an experienced finishing carpenter to perform punch out tasks, with the position based in Albertville.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim work
• Repair drywall
• Adjust doors
• Install hardware
• Conduct minor painting
• Prepare for staging

Work Environment

Work is conducted on-site in a state-of-the-art 180,000 square foot facility equipped with AC and heating. The facility operates two shifts : Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, with the first shift from 6 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm and the second from 4 : 00 pm to 2 : 00 am. Enjoy a modern workspace with no site-to-site work required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
