Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.3-5 years of experience in a customer service role.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.General knowledge of customer support principles.Preferred Qualifications :
