Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
Lake City to Gainesville, FL areas. 3 locations to choose from
Well established clinics in the North Central Florida area
Mon-Fri 8a-5p for full time or part time work
18-20 patients per day
Call is by phone only and is very minimal
