To help us get there, we're hiring a senior product manager to build innovative technology for our nonprofit customers.

Instrumentl is fully distributed but has a significant percentage of the senior team in the SF Bay Area. If you're not based in the Bay Area, you're open to traveling to the Oakland, California office once or twice a year for a week of in-person work.

What You'll Do

• Lead Apply's evolution : Work closely with design and engineering to drive the strategy and execution for Apply in 2025, focusing on revolutionizing how nonprofits manage their grant application process. This involves both development of the customer-facing product as well as the internal tooling that supports application form building for customers.
• Launch our AI Prospecting Co-pilot : Drive the development of our Discover Co-pilot, creating an AI-powered prospecting co-pilot that delivers personalized, high-quality prospecting strategies.
• Champion integration : Ensure seamless connectivity between Apply and our broader platform, particularly with our Document Library, to create a cohesive user experience.
• Generate revenue impact : Work closely without GTM teams (marketing, sales and CS teams) to ensure that the product we ship drives tangible business outcomes.
