We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and passionate 5th Grade Teacher specializing in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics to join our team.

Position Overview : The 5th Grade ELA & Math Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons in both English Language Arts and Mathematics. The teacher will work with students to develop their critical thinking, reading comprehension, writing, and mathematical problem-solving skills while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and committed to supporting the academic and emotional development of every child.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lesson plans for English Language Arts (ELA) and Math based on curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and observations, providing targeted support as needed.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and upcoming events.
• Use data-driven instruction to support individual student growth and achievement.
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in team meetings, school-wide initiatives, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a unified and effective learning environment.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive classroom.
