Job Setting : Outpatient clinic

Types of Cases : Endocrinology / Diabetes patients

Credentialing : 120 days

Minimum Requirements

Endocrinology Fellowship required

Certifications : BLS

Licensure : Active Washingtonlicense required, will consider IMLC with LOQ in hand
