Job Description :

Experience : 6 months - 1 year

Degree : Biology or Microbiology

• Ensure lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Develop and qualify new testing methods.
• Train analysts in laboratory procedures and assays.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products.
• Participate in assessments and audits as required.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methods.
• Serve as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments, vendors, or contractors.
• Coordinate testing with contract laboratories and vendors.
• Write technical reports, deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses.
• Revise standard quality control procedures as needed.
• Provide data for regulatory submissions.
• Inspect raw materials upon receipt.
• Review data from contract labs for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare or review method transfer documentation.
• Validate or transfer analytical methods per policies.
• Participate in investigations of out-of-specification and failures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor testing procedures for adherence to specifications and protocols.
• Interpret test results, compare to specifications, and assess data for release.
• Identify quality issues and suggest solutions.
• Improve analytical methods and procedures.
• Complete documentation like data forms, logbooks, and inventory forms.
• Calibrate, validate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Compile and analyze laboratory test data.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of various samples.
