Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Summary :

• Practices within the Rules and Regulations and Practice Act set by the Board of Physical Therapy of the State of Wyoming
• Performs thorough chart review prior to treatment
• Correctly administers physical therapy techniques / modalities in a safe, effective manner, including interchanging treatment media, based on formulated treatment plans and goals
• Evaluates patients, utilizing all available information and age specific knowledge, within time frames outlined in policy and procedures
• Trains patient / care giver in use of assistive equipment
• Effectively and appropriately monitors and adjusts treatment according to patient response to treatment
• Completes all documentation required in a timely manner
• Recognizes and fulfills all legal responsibilities
