Key Responsibilities

• Document Management : Scanning, editing, converting formats, quality control, and post-processing of various document types including wide-format drawings and aperture cards.
• Mail Services : Handling incoming and outgoing mail, postage metering, delivery coordination, and expense tracking.
• Engineering Support : Assisting with document retrieval, updates, printing, laminating, plotting, archiving, and audits.
• Records Retention : Managing records requests, indexing, deliveries, returns, and system updates.
• Customer Support : Providing accurate and timely support in accordance with established procedures and under supervisory guidance.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
