Sr. Consultant - Geospatial Authorities

In this position, you will work closely with clients to define geospatial-centric solutions and oversee their implementation. Your consulting skills will be essential in leading teams through all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, build / configuration, and deployment. You will address complex geospatial challenges by aligning solutions with customer business goals and strategies.

This team supports domestic and international National Geospatial Authorities responsible for authoritative topographic data and map production. You will join a talented, cross-functional team of professionals dedicated to delivering capabilities that enable our customers to achieve their missions.

The Professional Services division is Esri's consulting and implementation arm. We innovate in new markets, push technological boundaries, and deliver transformational solutions to high-profile clients worldwide. Our organization comprises nearly 1,000 skilled professionals committed to the success of our users.

Esri offers a Relocation Assistance Program and can support relocating to Redlands, CA for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in translating real-world needs into practical, GIS technology-driven solutions using Esri’s enterprise GIS technology.
• Recommend strategies, architectures, and solutions tailored to customer requirements, and support implementation, change management, and migration efforts.
• Apply strong GIS technical expertise and topographic mapping industry knowledge to support National Mapping activities across Esri.
• Help National Geospatial Authorities modernize imagery data management, feature extraction, quality control, data generalization, and automated cartographic workflows using Esri technology.
• Collaborate with practice managers, product development, marketing, and sales teams to develop new business opportunities and shape future Esri products through innovative projects.
• Manage project scope, costs, schedule, and contractual deliverables, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Build and expand relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
