Are you a people person with an eye for detail and a flair for sales? Mod Facial is looking for an energetic Front Desk Associates to join our team!

What will you be doing?

• Greeting clients with a warm smile and providing top-notch customer service
• Handling cash/credit transactions and managing appointment bookings
• Promoting Mod Facial memberships and services through suggestive selling
• Keeping the reception area tidy and organized
• Assisting team members with other front desk duties as needed

What are we looking for?

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in customer service, retail sales (this is a sales role)
• Basic computer/tech skills
• Ability to multitask and stay poised under pressure
• Passion for the beauty/wellness industry
