Salary : $304K–$342K + equity + benefits

Role Overview

Lead the engineering efforts for Discord’s growing Ads team , focused on building scalable delivery, targeting, and measurement systems from the ground up. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role helping define the future of monetization at Discord.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for the Ads platform
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Business Development to build revenue-generating products
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers
• Develop scalable, user-focused ad infrastructure and systems
• Establish and uphold high engineering standards and best practices
• Make principled decisions on staffing and resources, aligned with long-term strategy
• Collaborate on strategic planning with senior leadership
